Erica Borgerding is an experienced social worker with a diverse professional background in both educational and health services. Currently serving as a School Social Worker at Keystone Area Education Agency since August 2018, Erica has also held multiple roles at Hillcrest Family Services since October 2006, including Adoption Manager, Vice President of Health Services, Division Director, Lead Therapist, and Therapist. Prior experience includes positions at the Iowa Department of Human Services as a Social Worker 3 and Social Worker 2 from March 2003 to October 2006, and as a Targeted Case Manager at the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board from May 2002 to March 2003. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Clarke University, in addition to an Associate's degree from Northeast Iowa Community College.
