Carole Klungle is an experienced banking professional with a background in operations and management. Currently serving as Operations Service Manager and Business Centers Leader at Hillcrest Bank since October 2019, Carole has held several leadership positions, including SVP Retail & Area Manager and VP Branch Manager & Operations Officer. Previous roles include Idaho & Arizona Area Manager at Sunwest Bank from February 2014 to October 2019 and Branch Operations Manager at Syringa Bank from October 2006 to February 2014. Carole's career began at U.S. Bank, where branch management responsibilities spanned from September 1991 to October 2006 across multiple Boise locations. Carole graduated from Merksworth High School in 1980.
