John Hardison is an accomplished Senior Research Engineer at Georgia Tech Research Institute, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer on the IBCS program. Prior to this role, John held positions as a Senior MBSE Engineer at Sentar Inc., where expertise in SysML products was applied to the USAF Sentinel IBCM program, and as a Principal System Engineer at Hill Technical Solutions, focusing on missile defense system assessments using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach. John has extensive experience with the Missile Defense Agency, leading architecture improvement programs and developing system requirements for advanced radar and sensor systems. Earlier in John's career, significant contributions were made at the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center in various engineering and business development roles, supporting missile and target acquisition system testing. John holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology.
