DK Bartley currently serves as the Global Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, guiding the DEI strategy across 80 global office locations. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Diversity Officer at Moody's Corporation, where leadership of the global Diversity Team and strategy was undertaken, and as Senior Vice President at dentsu international, where the focus was on integrating diversity and inclusion into the business framework. Bartley has also held significant positions at DTI - Diversity Talent International, Gust, HarperCollins Publishers, Sony, Mercedes-Benz USA, Chubb, and ABC News. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University, and certification as a Certified Diversity Professional from Cornell University ILR School.
