Zack Cardella has been working in the sales industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a lifeguard at Seabreeze Amusement Park. In 2012, they were promoted to Waterpark Manager at the same organization. In 2014, they worked as a Field Organizer for New York State Senator Ted O’Brien’s 55th Senate District. In 2015, they were an Intern for The Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and an Account Executive and Sales Trainer-Facilities Maintenance Category Manager for W.B. Mason Company Inc. At W.B. Mason Company Inc., they were awarded Salesperson of the Year 2017 and managed 2.5 million dollars in sales annually. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Sales Executive at Hill & Markes, Inc.

Zack Cardella attended St. John Fisher University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a major in Political Science and a minor in Management. In March 2013, they obtained an Ellis & Associates ILTP(TM) Instructor certification from Jeff Ellis and Associates, and also obtained a vanGUARD Aquatics Leadership Training certification.
