Neil Deutschman began their career in 1991 as a Sales Representative at Sofco. In 2006, they moved to Bunzl Distribution NA in the same role. In 2008, they switched to Sysco as a Sales Representative. Finally, in 2011, they joined Hill & Markes, Inc. as a Territory Sales Representative, a role they still hold today.

Neil Deutschman attended Erie Community College in 1978-1979, studying Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services, but did not receive a degree. Neil returned to Erie Community College in 1989-1990 and earned a 90 Hour Foodservice Healthcare Certificate in the field of Foodservice Healthcare.
