Mark Dingman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and signal design in the rail and transit industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hill International, Inc. since March 2022, Mark has successfully secured contracts exceeding $75M and competed against established industry leaders. Prior to this role, Mark contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rio Salado College, teaching business and management courses while redeveloping the general business course. As Manager of Signal Design/Signal Services at RailPros, Mark optimized project execution and quality control across various projects. Mark's previous experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Signal Design at Union Pacific Railroad, where budget management and project lifecycle supervision were key responsibilities. Mark holds an MBA in Business, Marketing, and Economics from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University.
