Terri Bettinger has been working in the field of warranty administration since March 2003. Terri has experience in deciphering warranty contracts, claim submission, processing payments, claim appeals, and maintaining warranty records. In their most recent position at Hill International Trucks, Terri also serves as a Warranty Trainer. Prior to that, Terri worked as a Service Manager at Travel Centers of America and a Warranty Administrator at Cerni Motor Sales. Terri started their career as a Service Writer and assistant at West End Service Inc. Terri attended Laurel Senior High from 1978 to 1981.
