Evert VanderBerg possesses extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the North American Environmental, Safety, Health Lead at Hilite International since September 2016, Evert has held various titles, including Facilities Environmental Safety Health Engineer. Previous roles include HSE Manager at Graphic Packaging International and SHE Manager at Allnex. Evert also served as Corporate EHS Manager at Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging, overseeing five global facilities, and founded Personal Visions, offering consulting and training services. Early in the career, Evert was an Environmental Engineer at Sappi Fine Paper and EHS Coordinator at both Smurfit Stone and Blue Heron Paper Company. Evert holds a Bachelor's degree in Paper Science, Chemistry, and Math from Western Michigan University.
