Rachel Brownell is a Civil Design Engineer at HiLine Homes, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Idaho State University from March 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included reviewing research papers, authoring white pages, conducting research testing, managing the laboratory's website, and writing a published news article for the lab. Rachel also conducted the research project titled "Shake Table Testing of Concrete Piers with Cast-In-Place and Low Damage Precast Technologies" and trained a research assistant for this project. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Idaho State University, obtained in 2021.
