Katelyn Enman-Salotto is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Culture at Hilco Vision since June 2019. In this role, Katelyn oversees the planning and implementation of global initiatives related to employee development, recruitment, and organizational culture, collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition & Employment Brand Specialist at Hilco Vision, where Katelyn managed all talent acquisition activities across North America, and roles as a Human Resources Generalist at NFPA and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Early career experience included positions as a Guest Services Receptionist at Latham & Watkins LLP and a Victim Witness Advocate for the Office of the District Attorney. Katelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies/Pre-Law Studies from Husson University.
