Henry Ashworth is the Chief Research Officer at Hikma Health. Henry has also worked as a Global Health Researcher and Senior Education Adviser at Vayu Global Health, a Fulbright ETA at the U.S. Department of State, and a Co-Founder and Co-Director at Lumbini Emergency Medical Services (LEMS). Prior to their current role, Henry was a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they worked in various clinics including cardiac, urology, neurology, internal medicine, women’s health, neuroendocrine, and general surgery. Henry began their research career as an undergraduate researcher at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
Henry Ashworth's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Philosophy from Eckerd College. Henry then went on to earn a Masters in International Public Health/International Health from University College Dublin. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Medicine - MD from Harvard Medical School. In addition to their academic degrees, Henry Ashworth is also certified by the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association as a BLS CPR Instructor. Henry is also certified by Crossfit as a Crossfit Level One Trainer. Lastly, they are certified by the State of Florida Department of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician and by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Henry Ashworth reports to Hassaan Ebrahim, CEO. They work with Melissa Shelton - Chief Financial Officer, Adesh Kadambi - Chief Design Officer, and Sasha Nouri - Director of Development.
