Alanis Santiago Comas is currently a Regulatory & Compliance Engineer at Vayu Global Health, a position held since September 2022, while also serving as a Research Fellow at Hikma Health since August 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Acousto-Bioelectronics Lab, where significant projects involved designing aneurysm models and testing a micro-oxygen generator for cancer therapy. Earlier roles featured an Engineering Intern position at Vayu Global Health and an undergraduate research assistantship at Spence Lab, encompassing locomotion analysis in transgenic rats. Alanis also contributed to synthesizing air-sensitive metal complexes at the University of North Texas during a research assistantship. Alanis holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Temple University, graduated in 2022.
