Alexis Goodwin possesses extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as a Project Manager at HIKE2 and holding dual roles as Operations Manager and Recruiting Manager at GDM Innovation Labs since September 2021. With a background in recruiting and sales operations at Great Data Minds, Alexis has been integral to advancing data and analytics practices. Previous roles include Customer Growth and Success at Ready Hatch and General Manager at Stoney's Bar and Grill, where operational oversight and event program leadership were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include positions with Aramark Refreshment Services, Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club, and the Town of Mountain Village. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
