Matt Perry is a dedicated professional with experience in customer success and management roles. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Hike since October 2022, Matt has progressed through various positions, including Customer Success Executive and Junior Customer Success Executive. Prior to Hike, Matt worked as a Relief Manager at Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire for a brief period in 2022 and gained management experience as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise from May 2021 to May 2022. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Geography from the University of Worcester, earned between 2017 and 2020.
