Shekhar Pula has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shekhar currently serves as the COO and Exec Board Member at HiiL | User-friendly Justice since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as the Director of Resources & Member Executive Board.

Before that, Shekhar was a Program Manager - Global Business Services at AkzoNobel from 2018 to 2019. Shekhar also held various positions at Unisys Corporation, including Transformation Director - Global Procurement from 2010 to 2017, Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations - EMEA North and South from 2009 to 2010, Global Contracts Manager, Outsourcing and Global Business Services from 2006 to 2009, and Regional Procurement Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Large Deal Bid Support from 2004 to 2006.

Additionally, Shekhar has served as the President of the EuroMBA Alumni Association from 2005 to 2006 and founded and served as the President of the Toastmasters International Public Speaking Club from 2003 to 2005. Shekhar also worked as the European Contracts Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics EMEA at Unisys from 2001 to 2003.

Shekhar enrolled in Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Management. Currently, they are still pursuing their PhD, expected to be completed by 2022.

Additionally, Shekhar has also pursued further certifications to enhance their expertise. Shekhar obtained a certification in Non-Profit Financial Stewardship from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, although the specific month and year of completion were not provided.
