Abbie Porter is a seasoned accounting professional with a diverse background in finance and project accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Highway Transport Logistics, Inc. since October 2024, Abbie previously held the role of Senior Project Accountant at Williams Blackstock Architects from January 2023 to October 2024. Abbie's experience includes working as a Financial Accountant and Controller at the Life Insurance Company of Alabama from November 2020 to January 2023, and as a Bookkeeper and Real Estate Closing Coordinator at Brady Burns, Attorney at Law from February 2020 to November 2020. Abbie began a career in finance as a Bank Teller at Farmer’s & Merchant’s Bank from August 2019 to February 2020. Abbie holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, complemented by an Honors diploma from Spring Garden High School.
