James Gibson is an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in managing service departments and maintenance operations. Since August 2019, James has been with Highway Equipment Co., overseeing daily operations, scheduling maintenance for both shop and field services, and collaborating with customers to develop tailored service solutions. Prior to this role, from August 2009 to August 2019, James served as Service Manager at Sunbelt Rentals, where responsibilities included managing service department operations, scheduling maintenance, ordering parts, and handling the commissioning of new equipment as well as the decommissioning of old equipment.
