James Riordan is an experienced Investment Analyst currently working at HighVista Strategies since July 2023. Prior to this role, James served as a Ski Instructor at Telluride Ski & Golf from November 2022 to April 2023 and held a position as a Growth Equity Analyst at Declaration Partners LP for a brief period in June 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Corporate FP&A Analyst at Fidelity Investments in June 2020 and a long-term engagement as a Bassist at Brookwood School from March 2014 to March 2018. Additionally, James worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the summer of 2017. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Behavioral Economics from The Wharton School, earned between 2018 and 2022, after completing high school at Manchester Essex Regional High School from 2014 to 2018.
