Chris Bailey has been working in the field of electrical engineering and project management for several companies. Chris started their career at Costain in 2004 as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 2007. Then, they joined Barhale Construction as an EICA Project Engineer from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, Chris started working at Highview Power Storage as an EICA Engineer, where they played a key role in designing and implementing systems for a new liquid energy storage plant. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Commissioning Engineer at GBMJV. Currently, Chris works at Highview Power as a Lead Electrical, Control, and Commissioning Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and commissioning of liquid air energy storage systems.

Chris Bailey attended the University of Birmingham from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
