AJ Wilson serves as the Director of Provider Recruitment and Referrals at Hightop Health since September 2023. Previously, AJ held the position of Senior Clinical Recruiter for TeamHealth in the Southeast Group and served as Director of Practice Development at LifeStance Health. AJ has also worked as a Search Consultant at Jackson Physician Search, where recognition as Rookie of the Year was achieved in 2018. AJ's early career included roles as a Research Consultant and Recruiting Intern, alongside military service in the United States Marine Corps, where the rank of Sergeant was attained after deployment to Afghanistan. In addition, AJ coaches the men's head soccer team at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School since January 2021. AJ pursued education at LaGrange College between 2014 and 2016.
