Paul Congleton is an accomplished real estate professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HighSide Companies since March 2023. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Paul has held the position of Principal at both Paradigm Real Estate Ventures, focusing on Core + and Value-Add investment opportunities since January 2015, and at Congleton Management Group, an entrepreneurial private real estate investment partnership since January 2012. Previously, Paul served as Managing Director of Investment Management at ProLogis from 1995 to 2010 and was Managing Principal at Overland Company from 1990 to 1995. Early in the career, Paul was a Partner at Trammell Crow Company from 1982 to 1990. Paul holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
