Andrew Smith, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Highside Companies, leading corporate and investment finance, operations, and investor relations for a hospitality-focused firm since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Asset Management at Unico Properties LLC, managing a value-add office portfolio in partnership with a global private equity firm, and Vice President of Asset Management at Northwood Investors LLC, overseeing a $704 million office and retail portfolio. Andrew's career also featured a position as Asset Manager at Unico Properties LLC, where management of a $635 million value-add investment fund occurred, and as Director of Asset Management at Black Creek Group, which involved managing an $275 million portfolio. Earlier in the career, Andrew held an Associate role in Acquisitions, executing over $483 million in real estate closings. Andrew holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver.
