Greg Fry has worked in the tech industry since 1997. Greg began their career as a Lab Tech at Washtenaw Community College, where they assisted students with homework assignments and cared for the support and maintenance of lab equipment. In 2000, they moved to Sunset Systems & Provide.net as a Customer Service & Sales representative. In 2003, they joined Comcast as a Business Analyst and Sr. Technical Support Specialist, where they handled escalated customer issues, assisted junior agents with phone support, and advised call center leadership on technical troubleshooting. In 2013, they moved to Comcast Cable as a Marketing Specialist. In 2018, they joined ESPNet Consulting, Inc. as a Customer Support Analyst. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Business Team Liaison at Highrise Consulting, Inc.
Greg Fry attended Kaplan University Online from 2009 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in General Studies.
