Gene Bae is an experienced Senior Software Developer, currently working at HighPoint Global since May 2016, focusing on the Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES), a web-based application for food cataloging and ordering for the U.S. Additionally, Gene has been employed at Object CTalk Inc. since October 2010 as a Senior Software Developer and Integration Lead on the same STORES project. Prior to these roles, Gene served at Salient CRGT from January 2001 to 2010, contributing to the STORES project in various capacities including Senior Software Developer, Software Developer, and Web Content Developer for the FDIC's intranet and extranet, along with providing Tier 3 Support for the FDIC Connect web application. Gene holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from James Madison University, with earlier education at Virginia Tech.
