Emily McQueen, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to performance, talent development, leadership development, culture, engagement, diversity, inclusion, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy. Emily is currently the Vice President of Performance and Talent Enablement at NewRocket. Prior to that, they worked at Rackspace Technology as the Director of Global Performance and Talent Development, with additional roles in leadership development, culture, engagement, and diversity inclusion. Before that, they were the Regional Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, North America at British American Tobacco. Emily also has experience as a HR Strategy and OD Consultant and adjunct professor at Self Employed and Forsyth Tech College. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Reynolds American Inc. and British American Tobacco in culture, diversity, inclusion, talent management, GM succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Emily McQueen, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Stetson University. In 2020, they obtained the Senior HR Professional Certification from SHRM-LI (Society for Human Resource Management, Long Island Chapter). In 2018, they received certifications in Denison Survey and MBTI from Denison Consulting and MBTI w Polsce FORID respectively. Emily also obtained various certifications, such as BAT IMPACT (SLA and PLA) Facilitation in 2015, Board Certification Program from United Way in 2008, Employment Law Certification from EEOC in 2003, Sexual Harassment Investigation Certification from the Conference Board in 2003, and International Assessment Center Certification from Horsley Management in 2001. Additionally, Emily has completed the HR Excellence, International Program from Horsley.
