Linda Migdal serves as a Senior User Experience Designer at Highmark Health since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in user-centered design and digital strategy from previous roles at Be The Match and UCare. At UCare, Linda contributed to the development of mobile-friendly design patterns and partnered with external agencies for site migrations. Linda's tenure at 3M lasted nearly a decade, where responsibilities included improving B2B ecommerce user experience and managing global HR site audits. Early career experiences include web development, SEO optimization, and design for prominent artists through internships and positions at US Water Systems and Tourdesign Creative Services. Linda holds a B.S. in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University Indianapolis, a Certificate in Applied Computer Science from Purdue University, and a minor in Music from Indiana University School of Music at IUPUI.
