Stephen Washburn serves as the Director of Adult Basic Education (ABE) and High School Completion at Highline College, a position held since April 2007. In this role, Stephen oversees one of the largest providers of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), ABE, and General Educational Development (GED) programs in Washington State. Responsibilities include managing multiple federal and state grants along with the associated budgets and compliance measures, showcasing expertise in educational administration and program management.
