David Menke has extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency management, having served in various roles in the United States Navy for two decades. David currently holds the position of Adjunct Faculty in Criminal Justice/Emergency Management at Highline College, where David also serves as the Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management. David has a Master of Science in Law and Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, and an Associate of Arts in Management & Supervision.
