Jason Copenhaver is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Branch Manager II and Branch Leader at First Community Bank since January 2020. Concurrently, Jason holds positions as BSA/AML Analyst and Personal Banker at Highlands Union Bank since October 2016. Jason's prior experience includes over 15 years at Sprint, where roles ranged from Back Office Manager overseeing a $240M annual operation to Supervisor managing a team of 12-15 individuals. Jason also held a position as Quality Assurance Analyst, monitoring performance and facilitating training.
