Catherine Borland is an experienced production professional with a strong background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Production Lead at Bacardi since May 2019, Catherine previously held the role of Production Manager at both Coca-Cola European Partners since January 2018 and Highland Spring Ltd since March 2005. Additionally, Catherine was Factory Manager at William Paton Ltd from August 1982 to February 2005. Catherine holds a CMI Leadership and Management Diploma from the University of the West of Scotland, earned in 2014-2015.
