Dawn Williams Smith is the AD Regional Manager for Outpatient Programs at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health. Dawn also serves as a Program Manager and Substance Abuse Counselor, providing dual diagnosis groups, community-based individual counseling, case management, and general substance abuse counseling. At Lookout Mountain CSB, Dawn worked as a Parent Support Partner. Dawn holds a BA in American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
