Michele Najera has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Michele started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Patt, White GMAC in 2003, where they worked until 2005. Michele then joined Coldwell Banker Heritage in 2006 as a Relocation Counselor, and worked there until 2011. During this time, they gained expertise in managing relocation and corporate services, providing excellent customer service, and training agents in industry trends and expectations.

In 2011, they joined Coldwell Banker Hearthside as a Real Estate Agent and also took on the role of Relocation Manager. As the Relocation Manager, they oversaw a team of relocation professionals and focused on developing and training agents in policy and procedures within the relocation industry. Michele excelled in providing service excellence to both internal and external customers. Michele continued in these roles until June 2022.

In 2021, Michele joined the Cliff Lewis Experience as an Agent Success Coach, where they leveraged their experience and knowledge to coach and support real estate agents. Currently, they are working as a Sales Assistant at Highland Homes, starting in August 2022.

Michele Najera has studied Business Administration and Management, General at Alvernia University. Michele also attended the Lehigh Valley Real Estate Institute, where they focused on Real Estate. In addition to their education, Najera has obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission in May 2003.
