Lia Pastorino currently serves as a Processing Administrator at Highland Homes since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lia was an Assistant General Manager of Merchandising at Old Navy from July 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included team building and implementing customer-centric strategies to enhance store sales. Lia also held the position of Senior Business Operations Manager, overseeing standard operating procedures and personnel transactions at Old Navy. Earlier experience includes a tenure at The TJX Companies, Inc. from April 2013 to July 2018 as Manager of Operations, where Lia successfully analyzed and enhanced policies that reduced risk and improved operational efficiency, achieving significant cost savings. Lia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Florida International University.
