Toby Lewis has over a decade of experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as a Brewer at Highland Brewing Company since August 2017. Prior to this role, Toby worked at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. from February 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included Quality Control and operating mechanical equipment for bottling and packaging craft beer. Toby's career also includes a service in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist's Mate from 2000 to July 2014. Toby attended Elizabeth City State University from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Health and Physical Education/Fitness, and completed high school at Northeastern High School from 1993 to 1997.
