Ketan Patel is an experienced IT professional currently serving as VP of IT Services & Delivery at Highgate since April 2022, overseeing technology initiatives for a portfolio of over 250 hotels, while partnering with vendors to enhance IT support and security. Prior to this role, Ketan served as Director of Hotel Technology at Hersha Hospitality Management from April 2005 to March 2022, managing IT functions for a leading hotel management firm with 180 hotels across 25 states. Ketan began the career as a Network Technician at Active Networks, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of high-speed internet access systems for hotels.
