Giacomo Prandelli currently serves as the COO and Chief of Staff at HigherMe, a comprehensive hiring software for franchise restaurant businesses, since July 2023. Simultaneously, Giacomo is part of an Executive Leadership Program at Pacific Lake, training as a CEO. Previous experience includes a role in M&A at Aevcor, focused on acquiring financial software and services businesses, and contributing to the investment team at Rocana Venture Partners, which invests in sustainable consumer brands. Giacomo gained substantial expertise in investment banking at HSBC, progressing from Analyst to Associate within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
