Rob Gillyon is an experienced Technical Services Specialist at HigherGround Technologies, where Rob has been employed since February 2010. Prior to this role, Rob held positions in telephony services, working for Fuji Xerox Pty Ltd from August 2008 to August 2009 and as a Telephony Engineer at KAZ from August 2006 to August 2008. In these positions, Rob focused on call recording and worked with technologies such as Right Fax and Apropos (now known as Syntellect).
