Sarah Milz, CPA has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration roles. Sarah most recently served as the VP of Finance and Administration at HigherEchelon, Inc., starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the same company from October 2019 until January 2022.

Before joining HigherEchelon, Inc., Sarah worked at PeopleTec as the Director of Contracts from November 2015 to October 2019. In this role, they provided contractual leadership and support, particularly in the contracts and program control function. Sarah also provided advisory and educational support on the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Sarah began their career as a CPA at Powell & Long CPAs, PC in October 2008 and remained with the company until November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Accountant at White, Fleming & Co., PC from September 2002 to October 2008 and at Dempsey & Long, CPAs from August 2001 to September 2002.

Sarah Milz, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting from Lindenwood University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Sarah also pursued another Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, although the start and end years for this specific degree are not provided.
