Kimber Hayes has a diverse work experience. Kimber started their career in 2000 as a Retail Sales Specialist at Nordstrom, where they gained experience in sales and customer service. In 2001, they joined Salem-Keizer Public Schools as a Teachers Assistant ll, working with children with disabilities and helping them succeed in the classroom and community. In 2016, Kimber became the owner of Saint Iris Wellness, showing their entrepreneurial skills. Kimber later joined HigherDOSE in 2021 as a Content Creator, focusing on educating people about intentional self-care. Most recently, they started working as a Claims Adjuster at SAIF Corporation in 2022.

Kimber Hayes has a diverse education history. Kimber attended Linn Benton Community College, although the specific dates and details of their study remain unknown. In 2019, they enrolled in The Institute for Life Coach Training [ILCT], where they pursued a field of study in Life Coaching. Kimber obtained a certification in Life Coaching from ILCT in August 2019. More recently, in July 2022, they obtained a Claims Adjuster certification from SAIF Corporation.
