Nick Mavodones III is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in booking, promotions, and event management. As Co-Owner of Waking Windows since May 2011, Mavodones has played a pivotal role in establishing a small music festival in Winooski, VT, and has been involved in year-round concert promotions across Vermont. In addition to this, Mavodones has served as Box Office Manager and Assistant General Manager at Higher Ground since September 2001, overseeing ticket sales and customer relations. Other notable roles include Booking and Promotions for Angioplasty Media and The Monkey House, and ownership of Quality Penmanship, specializing in poster art and related projects. Additionally, Mavodones contributed to the quality control and shipping of vinyl records at Burlington Record Plant, served as General Manager for El Club in Detroit, and held the position of Talent Buyer at Radio Bean. Mavodones holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Vermont.
