Melissa Mitchell is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and outdoor instruction. Currently serving as a Ticket Agent at Stowe Mountain Resort since October 2019, Melissa has also worked in various roles including Box Office management at Higher Ground Music and hospitality management as a Hospitality Team Leader. Previous experience includes teaching snowboarding to diverse age groups and skill levels, and addressing customer needs in retail environments such as Bed Bath & Beyond and No School Snowboard Shop. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Saint Michael's College, Melissa brings valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
