Samir Shergill has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Samir is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Highbeam, a banking platform that aims to help brand operators and owners manage their finances and cash flow. Prior to this, they worked at Xandr as the Vice President, Head of Global Markets for Asia-Pacific and Latin America, where they facilitated deals with global publishers and advertisers. Samir also served as the Managing Director and VP Product at AppNexus, where they oversaw operations in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Before entering the digital advertising industry, Samir worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and at Microsoft as a Lead Software Design Engineer. Their extensive experience in leadership roles and their expertise in finance, technology, and digital advertising make him a valuable asset in the industry.

Samir Shergill holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Computer Engineering from Western University. Furthermore, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. In addition to their formal education, Samir also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in September 2019.
