Michael Kring has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and companies. Michael started their career in 2005 as the Owner of High Tech Corporate Services GmbH. In 2006, they served as CFO at SuppreMol GmbH and continued in the same role until 2012. From 2008 to 2012, they were also the CFO at Nexigen GmbH. In 2009, they became the Group CFO at BioNTech SE and held this position until 2014. In 2010, they founded Prefound GmbH and acted as its Founder until 2014. In 2015, they joined ethris GmbH as CFO, a position they held until 2018. Currently, Michael Kring is serving as Acting CFO at Actitrexx since 2019.

Michael Kring attended Camerloher Gymnasium where they obtained an Abitur degree in Business Administration. Michael then went on to the University of Regensburg and earned a diploma in Business Administration and Management, General.
