Alexa Gorman currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at High-Tech Gründerfonds and is a co-founder of encourageventures e.V. Since January 2001, Gorman has held various senior leadership positions at SAP, including SVP and Global Head of SAP.iO, where contributions include defining key strategies that led to significant acquisitions and fostering innovation. Past roles at SAP encompass managing large enterprise portfolio strategies and developing product strategies for CRM and industry solutions. Additionally, Gorman has experience as an investor and advisor at Simreka and has mentored at Techstars. Gorman holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universität des Saarlandes and has furthered education at prestigious institutions, including The Wharton School in venture capital.
