Siena Joustra is a skilled project collaborator currently working at Reos since April 2024, focusing on strengthening and supporting primary healthcare. Since November 2022, Siena has also been a trainee at High Select, which specializes in developing talented young professionals within the healthcare and welfare sectors. Previously, Siena served as a project collaborator for Babyconnect, part of a VIPP program aimed at enhancing maternal and child care through secure information exchange. Earlier experience includes a role as a PR communication assistant at CircleLytics, where Siena contributed to marketing and communication efforts. Siena holds a Master of Science in Communication, Policy, and Management from Utrecht University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Leiden University and relevant studies in governance and organization.
