Jenny San Juan has a diverse work experience in the field of medical laboratory and patient care. Jenny began their career as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist at Clinic Laboratory "Salud Global" in 2012 and held that role until 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Patient Care Assistant at DoctorCare for a period of six months. Later that year, they became a Medical Laboratory Technician at Central Clinics but left the position in January 2016. In 2017, Jenny joined GSH Medical as a Medical Laboratory Technician and held that position until March 2021. From August 2019 to October 2020, they also worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Integra Health Centre - Exchange Tower & Commerce Court. Most recently, they were employed at High North, Inc. as a Laboratory Assistant starting from March 2021 and later promoted to the role of Sample Prep. Team Lead in June 2022.

Jenny San Juan began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled in Universidad Central de Venezuela. Jenny pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and completed their studies in 2012. Following this, in 2015, Jenny attended Anderson College where they obtained a Technician degree in Healthcare, specializing in the field of Healthcare. The following year, they moved on to Centennial College and completed their studies in 2019, earning a degree in Food Science Technologist, concentrating on Applied Science.
