Jay Mattis is the founder of High Horse Entertainment, where a debut game titled Disc Jam was built and self-published in 18 months. Prior to this, Jay Mattis worked as an independent contractor at Treyarch, providing ongoing support for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and served as a senior software engineer, contributing significantly to the UI and gameplay features in the Black Ops series. Early experience includes internships at Activision, where Jay Mattis worked on multiplayer elements for Call of Duty: World at War and developed buoyancy physics algorithms. Jay Mattis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brown University, earned in 2009.
