Sylwia Czarnocka LCSW, LCADC is an experienced mental health professional with a comprehensive background in clinical social work and substance abuse therapy. Currently serving as a Quality Management Specialist and Assessment Clinician at High Focus Centers since March 2020, Sylwia has previously held roles including Clinical Social Worker at Family and Community Services of Somerset County and Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where contributions included the development of treatment programs and curricula. Other prior positions include Adult Psychiatric Therapist at High Focus Centers and Substance Abuse Therapist at Turning Point, Inc. Sylwia's educational foundation includes a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University, acquired between 2013 and 2015.
