Emily Ridgwell is an experienced sports medicine therapist currently working at Jeffery Accident Injury Clinic since April 2021. In addition to this role, Emily is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine since March 2022 and a group fitness instructor with HIGH Fitness since February 2021. Prior experience includes working as an associate at BYU-Idaho Student Employment from January 2020 to January 2021, a credit consultant at Lexington Law Firm from April 2019 to October 2019, a front desk associate at LA Fitness from May 2018 to December 2018, and a marketing and sales associate at Lisa's Resale Gone Upscale from April 2017 to July 2017. Emily holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology with a focus on fitness prescription and program design from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in April 2021, and graduated with a high school diploma from Edward S. Marcus High School in 2016.
